JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated dated 7.4.2021.

Petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail on the ground of parity. It is submitted that co-accused Md. Reyaz, against whom there was same and similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Annexure 3. Petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2020. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and since similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
