ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier in this case the case diary had been called for.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no specific role to play and they have falsely been implicated in this case.
Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8597 of 2015 (4) dt.27-04-2015 in this case it has come on record that these petitioners had actually participated in killing the lady and there is cogent material on record so as to indicate their complicity in the offence.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, I am not inclined to granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2011, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur. (Anjana Mishra, J.) Sanjay/- U T
