JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent No. 5 to examine the application filed by the petitioner, inter alia, on 17.9.2021 and 21.9.2021 regarding the misappropriation of fund under the 15th Finance Commission Grant and "Mukhyamantri 7 Nishaya Yojana" which was defalcated by the Respondent No. 6 and 8 and for which from the office of Respondent No. 3 letter bearing letter nos. 2118 and 2119 dated 21.9.2021 has been issued to the Respondent No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4008 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 5 and further direct the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to examine the matter and specially examine the amount of labour payment which was made available in the account of Respondent No. 8 by the Respondent No. 6 against the guideline and lodge First Information Report against the Respondent Nos. 6 and 8 and further direct the respondents to reexamine all the 45 schemes of Parihajr block and take action against all the concerned persons and further for any other relief or reliefs be granted to the petitioner as he is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
