The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jehanabad mahila P.S.Case nO.60 of 2018 dated 25.11.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is under Section 498A of the IPC and the petitioners happen to be father-in-law, mother-in-law, Dewear and Inanad.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14521 of 2019(2) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 petitioners and other family members and no specific allegation has been attributed against them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 11, Jehanabad in connection with Mahila Thana Jehanabad P.S.Case no.60 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
