Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from the Community Hall of Mukhiyapatti Mushhari Tola as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioner

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of his personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Madhubani in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
