The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted and resorted to fire on the informant, when the informant was protested for making construction of the road under the Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana. Though, no injury was caused to the informant. Accusation has been levelled for dispute with regard to the construction of the road. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15845 of 2015 (2) dt.16-04-2015 petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is submitted that at earlier point of time, the petitioners have lodged a case being Rajpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015 on 12.02.2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
