JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 469 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 including Section 103 of the Trade Mark Act, 1919.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that another co-accused person, namely Santosh Singh against whom, the allegation is identical, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.07.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10762 of 2015.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12765 of 2015 (3) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 538 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
