The petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. In the First Information Report, the informant has alleged that on 16-06-2019, the petitioner alongwith two other accused badly assaulted him and his brother with iron rod, fathi and danda. It is also alleged that petitioner assaulted with Sprite bottle upon informant's head.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, some altercation took place between the parties at the time of playing Cricket and the

It is further submitted on behalf of petitioner that the doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application is allowed.

In the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
