Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with N.H. Bangara P.S. Case No. 145 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from the field of Indrajeet Jha and the petitioner has no concerned with the same.

No.22883 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with N.H. Bangara P.S. Case No. 145 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
