The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 893 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2021. Though the petitioner has a criminal antecedent of similar nature but looking to the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge or on completion of one year in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14212 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 custody, whichever is later, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 893 of 2021.
