2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS Case No.29 of 2022 arising out of NCB PS Case No. 23 of 2021 dated 29.09.2021, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 21(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the Narcotics Control Bureau submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in the trial Court and the case is fixed for defence argument.

5. In the aforesaid background, learned counsel for the
