The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354, 354B, 380, 452, 420, 496 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Rs.1,000,00/- was realized by the petitioner no. 1 for getting the brother of the informant employed abroad and when the petitioner no. 1 could not fulfill the promise, the money was demanded back, then the accused persons entered in the house of the informant and took away one attaichi containing ornaments and assaulted the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 is the own brother-in-law of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6892 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 informant and accusation has been levelled in the background of petty dispute. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 150 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
