Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Civil Line P. S. case no. 12/2015 registered under sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners is that they got executed sale deed on 3.10.1996 in respect of lands of the informant by impersonating him.

Admittedly, registered sale deed was executed on 3.10.1996 and the present case was filed on 6.1.2015.

Moreover, claim of the petitioners is that informant himself transferred lands in question and when petitioners transferred lands in question to one Rashid Quadri by executing registered sale deed, informant lodged this false case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14248 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Civil Line P. S. case no. 12/2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
