JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Special Case No. 179 of 2017/Pirbahore PS Case No. 675 of 2017 registered under Sections 22/23 of the NDPS Act.

Allegation is that four puriya of Ganja and 1016 rupees cash were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that very small quantity of ganja is alleged to have been recovered, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Laljee Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 179 of 2017/Pirbahore PS Case No. 675 of 2017.
