2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order, direction to respondents and specifically respondent No. 2 to take joining of this Petitioner in office of Respondent No. 3 as contractual Dafatari (Peon) after the retirement as according to Annexure - 4 of this writ petition.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction to respondent No. 2 either take joining of this Petitioner or stay the Annexure - 4 Letter No. 255 dated 21.01.2021 due to avoid the roaster system of Govt. of Bihar.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to Respondent as required at the time of hearing and other reliefs as sought of judicature."
