Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others were identified in the mob which had blocked the traffic casing inconvenience in the movement of the carcade of Hon'ble the Chief Minister. The crowd had some demands.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sakra Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3004 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 Station Case No. 305 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
