2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by order dated 10.09.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 8440 of 2023, the order under challenge, i.e., the order taking cognizance, dated 06.01.2022, passed by the learned In-charge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa P.S. Case No. 546 of 2021 as well as the order dated 20.10.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Saharsa, in Criminal Revision No. 45 of 2022, has been quashed and prays for withdrawal of this application as the cognizance order under challenge has itself been quashed.
