Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 323, 324, 341, 307, 363, 366A, 379, 120B of Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that her daughter was married to one Ram Dayal Sahni. The said Ram Dayal Sahni began to misbehave, forcing the victim to return her mother's place. Thereafter, she is said to have married petitioner no. 1. The victim in her statement under 164 Cr.P.C. expressed her desire to live with petitioner no. 1. The other petitioners are related to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11485 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 petitioner no. 1.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015.
