Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 95 of 2017 arising out of Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 196 of 2013 registered under Sections 372, 373, 34 of the I.P.C. and 5B of Immoral Traffic Prevention and Prohibition Act. Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The victim, in her statement recorded under Sections 161 and 164 Cr. P.C. as also in the F.I.R., alleges three different stories, which itself creates doubt. The doctor also assessed her age in between 17-19 years. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30691 of 2017 (4) dt.31-07-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Sessions Trial No. 95 of 2017 arising out of Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.196 of 2013.
