Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner of commission of murder. Allegation is against some other accused person. Petitioner is a female.
