Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2017. Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was never put on TI Parade during investigation which is already complete now. Further submission is that petitioner was abruptly apprehended and his confessional statement was recorded by the police. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18047 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajoun Police Station Case No. 439 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
