JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2014 registered under Sections-307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is named with specific allegation of making firing though no one is said to have sustained any injury. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12341 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 306 of 2014 stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
