JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chanan P.S. Case No.114 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that son of the petitioner fell in love with the daughter of the informant and married with her in court.
It is submitted that she was killed and dead body was thrown in well.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law and he lives separately from his son. There was no demand of dowry. His son was earlier married with another woman and he himself solemnized the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29371 of 2017 (4) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 marriage with the deceased and as per postmortem report she died of drowning and no external and internal injuries were found on his person. The petitioner has been in custody since 30.11.2016. Having considered the said facts and circumstances that the petitioner is father-in-law so, the petitioner, namely, Kamo Yadav @ Kameshwar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Sessions Trial No.83 of 2017 arising out of Chanan P.S.
