Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown persons.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2017, during investigation, he has not been put on T.I. parade and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8337 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 connection with Nirmali Police Station Case No. 51 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
