Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects within four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti Mohanpur P.S. Case No.2 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 IPC. Allegedly, when the informant was sitting with her sister, the petitioner came into her house with a knife and threatened to withdraw the case filed against him. Thereafter, petitioner's wife came with boiled water and threw the water upon the informant and when informant's sister tried to save her, petitioner threw boiled water on her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14119 of 2022(2) dt.03-11-2022 2/2 has been falsely implicated in this case due to prior enmity. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is submitted that the parties are neighbors having inimical terms. In the alleged occurrence, wife of petitioner has also sustained burn injury. The doctor has opined that the nature of injury of the informant and her sister is simple burn.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
