The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused firearm injury to Manish Sharma. Subsequently, he succumbed to the injury.
Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in
