In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against the unknown persons. During investigation, it transpired that the present petitioner was also involved in the commission of alleged offence. Four accused persons were arrested in the present case.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12327 of 2019(3) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
