JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application to approach the Bihar Land Tribunal for the purpose of assailing the impugned order passed by the Ceiling Authority.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CWJC No.19443 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioners. However, it is made clear that if such application is filed by the petitioners within a period of sixty days along with a petition for condoning the delay, let the same be disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law and also considering the fact that the petitioners had approached this Court by filing this writ application and also on earlier occasion by filing C.W.J.C. No.11564 of 2006.
