The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have used indecent language against informant and thereafter, threatened her to face dire consequences, if any member of her family files nomination in the panchayat election. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only with a view to harass and humiliate. No mobile whatsapp call was given by this petitioner to informant. Entire allegation is based on oral evidence and during course of investigation, no evidence has come against this petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13677 of 2022(3) dt.29-08-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 78 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
