2. The present application has been preferred for modification of order dated 24.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 45823 of 2024 where by Hon'ble court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with condition to deposit Rs. 10,000/- before District Bar Association, Civil Court Chapra as undertaken by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the receipt of order and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amounts each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 2, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 only to extension of further period of four

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14298 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 weeks for deposit Rs. 10,000/- and furnishing bail bond after surrender before the court below.

3. Earlier, the anticipatory bail was allowed on 24.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. 45823 of 2024 but now the modification petition has been filed showing that due to illness, he could not appear before the Court concerned to surrender and/or submit his bail bond. For the said inaction, he is ready to pay Rs. 2,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Though this Court was not inclined to extend the period of surrender, considering the documents that have been attached, the present modification petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

5. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from today.
