Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Duraudha P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a ) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of three liters of illegal Mahua wine was not from the possession of the petitioner, rather it was kept in bush behind the hut of one Vishwantah Mahto and the petitioner is in jail custody since 17.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Rajeshwar Chaudhary @ Bhakol, is directed to be
