Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the husband of the informant was suffering from mental disease and he himself died. Moreover, during investigation it has come in paragraphs 7,8 9 and 10
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16858 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 of the case diary that the deceased himself committed suicide.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 343 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
