Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 384, 379, 337, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Petitioner had lodged Kanti P.S.Case No.260 of 2017 against informant of this case for offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the Penal Code and thereafter the present FIR against the petitioner and others with general and omnibus allegation of demand of ransom and fire from the pistol. However, no injury was caused to anyone.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18144 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 Indrajeet Kumar Ojha has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-4. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanti Police Station Case No.257 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
