06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On getting confidential information, the police party began to check the vehicles and during course thereof, one Scorpio managed to escape while the other was apprehended. One occupant of the vehicle had also succeeded in his escape. However, driver was apprehended. On search, 432 bottle of 180 ml, 360 bottle of 375 ml of foreign wine Indian origin were seized. Status of the petitioner duly acknowledged as driver having absence of criminal antecedent and is under custody since 12.05.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28595 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 Accordingly, petitioner Md. Asgar Ali is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IInd-cum-Special Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.129/2017.
