Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that allegation against the petitioner is of commission of murderous assault. However, the Doctor has found simple injury.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gogri Police Station Case No. 507 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10723 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
