JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.5.2019, passed in CWJC No. 9839 of 2019, the District Education Officer, Patna has passed a reasoned order and the outstanding dues have also stood paid to the petitioner. 2.

The aforesaid stand taken by the opposite parties has not been disputed by the petitioner, inasmuch as no rejoinder affidavit has been filed, however liberty is sought for on behalf of the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
