2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Rambabu Singh was threatening son of the informant on mobile and later on, the accused persons disappeared son of the informant and during course of investigation, his dead body was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion.

5. However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that

No.17882 of 2024(4) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with one other accused person was threatening the deceased on mobile phone as to why he was talking to wife of the petitioner and motorcycle of the victim was recovered from Bariyahi Ghat Bridge in abandoned condition.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
