Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.443 of 2017, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegation is that petitioner was going on the road in front of the vehicle wherefrom recovery is made but that vehicle is not of the petitioner. The petitioner has fair antecedent and he is in custody since 18.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Sashi Kumar @ Shashi Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
