Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 289 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is of firing. However, no one got injured on account of his firing as he had made firing in air. Petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case specially the period of detention of the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30556 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 289 of 2016.
