Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that five live cartridges and one misfired cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioner has disclosed his criminal antecedent in para 3 of the bail petition and the FIR of all the three cases would reveal that the same was registered against unknown. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
