JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.10.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27202 of 2013 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 04.10.2013 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 254 of 2012, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
