JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 06-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State as well as counsel for the informant. Petitioners seek bail in Kangli P.S. Case No.83 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, there is specific allegation against co-accused, Jawahar Mahto, of causing injury on head of father of informant with spade on account of which he sustained injury and subsequently died. Allegation against petitioner No.1 is that he assaulted cousin sister of informant, Bhawani Devi, with iron rod. There is no specific allegation against petitioner No.2.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Kangli P.S.
