JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 The petitioner is the husband and apprehends his arrest in Jaley P.S. Case No.94 of 2013 instituted under Sections498A, 323, 379 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. From perusal of the order-sheet of the learned Sessions Judge, it appears that he had tried to bring about reconciliation between the parties which is not successful. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Md. Amjad shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Jaley P.S.
