JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the I/c Headmaster of the middle school is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 (1) (x) of The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. It is alleged by the informant an Assistant teacher of Kanya Middle School that the petitioner and others used to abuse her by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner complained to the senior officer about the regular late reaching of the informant to the school, consequently, informant's one week pay was deducted. Hence, the present case has lodged maliciously on 02.02.2015 for the initial occurrence dated 28.02.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13062 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.16 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
