The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 629 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25 (1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act..

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.

He also submits that the vehicles from which the alleged recovery has been made does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner has also no concern with the accused

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 629 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
