JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 21-01-2025 Mr. Sanjay Sinha, the learned Advocate for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this application. He has also prayed for waiving off the cost of Rs. 10,000/-, which has been imposed upon him by the learned Single Judge for having filed an entirely frivolous petition.
2. There is a delay of about 21 years in
Patna High Court L.P.A No.379 of 2023(2) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 approaching the Court with respect to selection of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra.
3. Since the appellant has unilaterally withdrawn this appeal without contest, we deem it appropriate to waive the cost imposed upon him.
4. The appellant would not be under any obligation to deposit that amount.
5. The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
