2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsharaj (Kashnagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 189/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others have looted Rupees One Lakh in broad day light. Material have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2023.

4. Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23093 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa/ concerned court in connection with Sonbarsaraj (Kashnagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 189/2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Sonbarsaraj (Kashnagar O.P.) police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
