2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 7 E.C. Act registered in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 233 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the ground that he happens to be the owner of the pick-up van in which the 61 stitched bags of Government issued wheat said to belong to PDS dealer Ram Prakash Ram were being carried.

4. Having regard to the accusation, gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioner is admittedly the owner of the vehicle in which the wheat was being carried out, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
