Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the toddy in question. For recovery of 30-35 liters toddy, petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28329 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I, Sheohar, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017.
