In the present case, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 28.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56530 of 2018 praying for extension of time so that entire payment can be made to the opposite party no.2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date Rs. 3,90,000/- has been paid to the opposite party no.2 and prays for extension of further time to pay the rest of the two installments.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26654 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 Looking to the steps taken by the petitioner by way of making payment to the opposite party no.2, the time for payment of the due amount is extended further by eight weeks from today.
It is made clear that the petitioner must pay the entire due amount to the opposite party no.2 within the aforesaid period of eight weeks from today, in failure, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.11.2018 in Cr.
